We have Complete Turn-Key prices witch provide our labor costs only, the General Contractor Provides Material and all other Costs. Note: Please call for complete break down of costs entailed in the Turn-Key process.
Cost Plus Jobs:
Floors & Tilt up walls of 3,000 sq. ft. or less and sidewalks of 2,000 sq. ft. or less will be billed as a cost plus job. These jobs will be bid at the cost of the laborer ($170.00 per day) and/ or a finishers ($255.00 per day). All overtime hours in the winter months will be picked up by the General Contractor unless otherwise waved by Godfather Concrete. General Contractor Will be responsible for lifting trowel machines up on elevated floors. Note: These prices are only good good for the State of Oklahoma, please contact our firm for prices on work performed outside of the State of Oklahoma.
